Shipping policy

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of an order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that Requests after 6 Months will not be accepted. 

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to: correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed.  We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
